Our Exclusive Jin Xuan White Tea is a unique Yunnan-grown and minimally processed tea. Jin Xuan is originally a Taiwanese tea cultivar, a tea variety usually utilized in crafting oolong teas. The tea artisans shade dry the freshly harvested leaves for one week, only tossing once a day to allow even drying- without much handling this produces an oxidation at a low 3%; allowing you to taste the original flavor of the natural tea cultivar.
