Description
Our exceptional Dan Cong Ya Shi Oolong tea is harvested from eco-friendly tea gardens at an altitude of 800 to 1200 meters, where misty clouds, fertile soil, and abundant minerals create an ideal environment for thriving tea trees. The tea trees belong to the "Duck Shit Aroma" variety - an amusing and unusual name. While our Ya Shi Oolong does not smell or taste like duck droppings, the name has contributed to its popularity and is one of the most famous Dan Cong oolong teas. Once steeped, Ya Shi Oolong releases a clear, golden, luminous liquor. Its aroma is distinctive, with notes of blooming orchids, hints of creamy milk and fresh almonds. Its flavour is full-bodied, floral and fresh, with a pronounced sweetness, stone fruits and a smooth finish.
