From the southwest living in southern Arizona, Jamaica is what we refer to as hibiscus in these parts. Best served iced, what I love about this is how the rose helps to round out the "zing" of tart from the red flower. I steep enough to fill a glass bottle and sweeten while still warm, then let it sit in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day. The color is beautiful to admire in a glass.

Incredibly fragrant. Excellent hot or cold. This is one of my favourite teas! Makes me think of my Grandmother's garden and tastes like it too.

If you love the sweet natural smell of roses in the summertime, this will delight your senses. It has a hint of hibiscus tartness (which I love) but the star of the show is the rose. Reminded me of turkish delights!! A wonderful treat in the long winter months!
