Golden Dragon Yellow Tea

Our Golden Dragon is a fine Chinese tea. True yellow tea; which is only grown in China, is prepared in a similar way to green teas. During processing, the leaves are left damp to slightly oxidize the tea, turning the leaves extends the withering time and diminishes astringency, this also gives the finished liquor a warm golden hue. This is the unique processing of tea that makes it an exquisite “yellow tea” with its own unique flavor profile. This Golden Dragon tea is nicknamed “10 degree yellow tea” by the artisans as it has a unique minimal 10% fermentation.
